No, COD is not available and we ship pan India.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

The order usually takes 7-10 working days to reach all the metros and tier I cities, however for some pin codes it might take a little more time. HOW WOULD I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS PLACED?

You will get a confirmation of the placed order on your registered email ID and phone number. Besides, we will further notify you with the tracking ID once it is dispatched from our warehouse.

HOW TO PLACE AN EXCHANGE REQUEST?

  • Drop an email to thebagsgallore@gmail.com to place exchange request.
  • A confirmation email would be shared once the exchange or request is approved.

Please note that the exchange request needs to be raised within 7 days of the delivery date. Reverse pickup will be done in 2-3 working days by our courier partner. Once we receive the product, we would get in touch with you to confirm your request.

In addition, all returned products must be unused or unwashed or undamaged and must be returned with the original packing and tags when we receive them. Items without tags will not be accepted.

The new order will be on its way as soon as the exchange item is verified at our warehouse. The exchange process is subject to your exchange item meeting the above conditions.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR RETURNS EXCHANGE?

For an incorrect order delivered, it will be a free exchange or full amount refund. For a correct order delivered, a reverse shipping fee of ₹ 200/- will be charged on the new exchange or will be deducted from the refund amount.

An incorrect order includes delivery of the incorrect size, color, and product originally ordered, as well as defected products.

CANCELLATION, EXCHANGES & RETURN

HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

  • A confirmation email would be shared once the cancellation is approved.

Please note that the cancellation request needs to be raised within 12 hours of order placement.

HOW DO I RETURN / EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

I HAVE REQUESTED A REPLACEMENT, WHEN WILL I GET IT?

For return exchange, the reverse pick up will be done in 2-3 days once the request is placed. It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse, post which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund for return or the request for exchange will be initiated within 72 hours. Once the product is dispatched, it will take 7-10 working days to reach you. WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse after the reverse pickup is done, after which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund initiated within next 48 hours.
